ACCOUNTS & HR EXECUTIVE

(Johor - Desa Cemerlang)

Accountant Jobs Description

Responsibilities:

·         To perform monthly accounts closing and reporting of financial

·         results.

·         Prepare monthly variance report

·         Perform general accounting functions.

·         Timely preparation cash flow

·         Liase with external parties ie Bankers, Auditors, Vendors and Tax

·         Agents.

·         In charge of account payables and creditors reconciliation.

·         In charge in petty cash and petty cash reimbursement.

·         Prepare supplier payment schedule.

·         Recruitment and selection activities for local and foreign worker

·         Liaise with all government bodies, local authorities and agencies

·         Administer payroll

·         Handle general office administrative duties

·         Conduct orientation program

·         Updating and maintenance of HR records

·         Assist and support the manager in ad hoc assignments as required

Accountant Jobs Description

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma

·         Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

·         At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is

·         required for this position.

·         Applicants must be willing to work in Desa Cemerlang.

·         Knowledge of ACCPAC will be an advantage

·         Full-Time positions available.
